1. Introduction

SpeedyUGC ("Platform," "Service," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of our users ("User," "Creator," "Brand," "you"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and the choices and rights you have regarding your data.

By using SpeedyUGC, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. This Policy applies in addition to our Terms of Service.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Account Information

When you create an account and complete onboarding, we collect:

  • Full name and username
  • Email address
  • Profile photo
  • Phone number (if you choose to provide one for verification or communications)
  • Country of residence
  • How you heard about us (referral source) and your UGC experience level
  • Authentication credentials handled by our authentication provider

2.2 Connected Accounts

If you connect Discord (for example, our community server), we receive the identifiers and profile fields allowed by Discord OAuth at the time you authorize — not your Discord password. SpeedyUGC does not require you to connect TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube accounts to the product for verification or performance tracking.

2.3 Content & Activity Data

When you use the Platform, we collect:

  • Drafts you create and assets you upload (including images, audio, brand-supplied logos, and AI-template inputs).
  • Campaigns you join and the content you submit under each campaign.
  • Optional public links you choose to share with us or with a brand partner.

2.4 Payment Information

SpeedyUGC does not collect PayPal or bank details for creator cashouts through the Platform. If we introduce paid subscription or invoicing features in the future, payment data will be processed by a third-party processor under their terms.

2.5 Automatically Collected Information

When you visit the Platform we automatically collect:

  • IP address and approximate location (country/region).
  • Browser type, device type, operating system, and language.
  • Pages visited, features used, and actions taken on the Platform.
  • Referring URLs and search terms.
  • Diagnostic and error information.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Create and manage your account and verify your identity.
  • Match creators with relevant brand campaigns and operate the campaign workflow.
  • Detect and prevent fraud, including artificial view inflation, bot usage, multi-accounting, and view-trading.
  • Communicate with you about campaigns, support, and Platform updates.
  • Improve the Platform, fix bugs, and develop new features.
  • Enforce our Terms of Service and protect the rights, property, and safety of SpeedyUGC, our users, and the public.
  • Comply with applicable law and respond to lawful requests from authorities.

4. How We Share Your Information

4.1 With Brand Partners

When you participate in a campaign, the brand running that campaign may see your username, profile photo, country, and the content you submit. Brands do not see your email address or phone number unless you choose to share them directly.

4.2 With Service Providers

We share information with trusted third-party services that help us operate the Platform. These categories of service providers include:

  • Authentication and identity providers.
  • Cloud hosting, database, and file-storage providers.
  • Video rendering and media-processing providers.
  • Community and chat-platform integrations.
  • Email, notification, and customer-support tools.

These providers are contractually obligated to use your data only to perform services on our behalf and in accordance with this Policy. We may add or change service providers from time to time without separate notice.

4.3 Public Content

Posts you make public on third-party platforms are governed by the privacy policies of those platforms, not by this Policy.

4.4 For Legal Reasons

We may disclose your information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or government request, or where we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to investigate or prevent fraud, to protect the security of our users or the Platform, to enforce our Terms, or to protect our or others' legal rights.

4.5 Business Transfers

If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to standard confidentiality protections.

4.6 No Sale of Personal Information

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our Service. If you request account deletion, we will remove or anonymize your personal data within thirty (30) days, except where we are required to retain it for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes.

We retain billing-related records only when you purchase a paid product from us, as required for accounting and tax compliance.

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (TLS/SSL), secure database hosting, role-based access controls, and routine security review. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and notifying us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

7. Your Rights & Choices

7.1 Access and Update

You can access and update basic profile information through Clerk (your account provider). If you need help, contact us at support@speedyugc.com.

7.2 Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your account by contacting us. Upon deletion, your personal information will be removed or anonymized, subject to any legal retention requirements described in Section 5.

7.3 Communications

You may opt out of non-essential marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link included in those messages. Transactional messages related to your account, payouts, support requests, security, and active campaigns cannot be opted out of while your account is active.

8. EEA & UK Users (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have certain rights under the General Data Protection Regulation and equivalent local law:

  • Right of access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Right to rectification — request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Right to erasure — request deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten").
  • Right to restrict processing — request that we limit how we use your data.
  • Right to data portability — request a copy of your data in a machine-readable format.
  • Right to object — object to processing based on our legitimate interests or for direct marketing.
  • Right to withdraw consent — where we rely on consent, withdraw it at any time.

To exercise these rights, contact us at support@speedyugc.com. We will respond within thirty (30) days. Our legal bases for processing include performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Platform, your consent (where collected), and compliance with legal obligations. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

9. California Users (CCPA / CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA):

  • Right to know — request information about the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources, the business purposes, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it.
  • Right to delete — request deletion of your personal information.
  • Right to correct — request correction of inaccurate personal information.
  • Right to opt out — opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information (note: we do not sell your personal information).
  • Right to limit use of sensitive personal information — to the extent we collect any.
  • Right to non-discrimination — you will not be discriminated against for exercising your CCPA rights.

In the past 12 months, we have collected the categories of personal information described in Section 2 (identifiers, commercial information, internet/electronic activity, geolocation data inferred from IP, professional information about your creator activity, and inferences drawn from this data). We share information for the business purposes described in Section 4. To exercise your CCPA rights, contact us at support@speedyugc.com. We will verify your identity and respond within forty-five (45) days.

10. International Data Transfers

SpeedyUGC operates from the United States, and our service providers may operate from the United States and other countries. Your information may be transferred to and processed in those countries, which may have different data-protection laws than your country of residence. By using the Platform you consent to those transfers. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) to protect personal data transferred from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland.

11. Children's Privacy

The Platform is not directed to children under thirteen (13). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly. Users between 13 and 18 require verifiable parental or legal-guardian consent to participate in any monetization or payout program. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information without consent, please contact us at support@speedyugc.com.

12. Cookies & Similar Technologies

We and our service providers use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, secure the Platform, and understand how the Platform is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect the functionality of the Platform.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email and/or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform at least thirty (30) days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
